Yes......Sadly a cheat is not really a friend to anyone neither the " friend " nor especially his girlfriend & child. A cheat destroys everyone's life that the come in contact with. Once a cheat always a cheat.

I would confront my friend about it first and encourage him to make things right by choosing if he wants to be with his girlfriend or not and if not to stop leading her along and risking her life by cheating on her and if he does want to stay with her to start being honest and faithful.

No its none of my business and you would be the person who helped ruin their relationship. If he is going to hurt her real bad then I would write a note saying from someone who cares and remain anonymous.

well that would be reaaaaallllllllyyyyy hard......but if u'll not tell her and she will know it after a few time ....that would be more painful than if u tell her now......i know its hard but ......its necessary....tell her today.....now itself....go meet her somewhere alone..and tell her this thing....and teach that son of a b**** a lesson.....best of luck...and if he is ur true friend its ur duty to pull him to a right path....dont waste ur time..!
