Find what?
P =Poe^-kt, where:
Po = initial amount
P = amount after t years
If 1/2 life is 1000 years, then find k by solving :
Po/2 = Poe^-1000k
Then put value of k found in initial equation and you can then find P at any time t.

Come on. You can write a question clearer than that. You can't expect yourself or others to work a problem stated so incoheriently.
