First, let me substitute 2x with Y. It will make it easier.
Then divide both sides by 2.
I'm assuming you mean 3, and not ^ 3 as that doesn't make sense.
sin(Y)=3/2
y=arcsin(3/2)

There are 2 answers to this. 60 degrees and 150 degrees.

Now, divide both answers by 2 and you get 30 degrees and 75 degrees.
