i bought 2 cell phone batteries from cellphoneshop.net both are counterfeit they even went as far as to put stickers on them to make them look real. they wont refund my money paypal was no use as they say they only deal with the transport of goods. what agency in the government handles this

attorney general in my state is useless and trading standards is uk based im in the u.s.

Call the atty general office in your state. If they can't help they should be able to point you in the direction of the appropriate agency.

Call the people who actually are affected by it - the manufacturers of the real batteries. they will know how to investigate. But how do YOU know they are counterfeit?
