Make some new friends, get out of your comfort zone.
Are you afraid of something?like your friend?teachers?
Stop fearing because fear is False Evidence Appearing Real
Get your friends to cheer you up when you are down , and that's what friends are for. If you want to be more happy, find a hobby outside your school hours and enjoy it. If you have a friend with the same hobby, talk to them. Chat with them.
Think Positive, say no to negativity.

Aim for contentment (happiness isn't something that we can have 100% of the time...we'd all be giddy fools). And remember to treat people well...usually that helps a great deal (they're happy, you're happy....just don't be a doormat!). Lastly, don't be afraid to join a support group for anxiety if you feel like nothing is working. Chatting with other people who face the same issues will often help.

Simple question mate! Read on...
What you need to do is make fun of your teachers, especially the ones that easily get upset or even the most annoying ones.
I personally like the ones which get upset easily, I'm not a student anymore but now that I am out of school I reminisce the times which my teachers use to get upset with my mates shout and throw things on the floor throw the chalk to scare us and if we ever got lucky they would even shout swearing. This one time the principle heard one of them and got into trouble. Memories of gold I say. If you're interested contact me and I will give you some great ideas to lighten up your school days with a few unforgettable memories with the teachos.

You didn't mention why you are so sad. Ive been trough this , too. The way i got out is being closer to your friends and talk about new things, listen good music in your ipod and don't think in whatever makes you sad. Think that you're going better.

keep thinking that this world is big, and your life is just not about school, there are so many other things waiting for you to see and try. Maybe you would feel your life is full with brightness and hope then.
