can i have your opinions please,
in about november 2006 I told the deputy head of my school to **** off and i got an external suspension for 5 days. last januaray i said a boy was an attention seeker and he threw a ruler at me, i threw it back and then he picked up a chair and threw it at me it hit my hairline luckily. i had to go to A+E and have 7 stitches in my head, he got 2 days on internal suspension just doing all of his work out of the class and not really interacting with anyone, my mum appealed many times and kept going on eventually i got a personal apology from the headmistress. the reason they gave was partly that it was the boys first offence, well when i got suspended the first for telling the deputy to **** off it was still my first offence, im suspended at the mo for 2 days, for bunking 2 lesons and running into a teacher and pushing her backwards. (not intentionally) can i have your thoughts in the chair incedent please. Thank you

Please may I add, what happened to me was toatally uncalled for

1 threw ruler at me
2 i threw ruler back
3 i had chair thrown at my head

My point is if telling a member of staff to **** off (from school point of view) is worse than ABH, then it would appear that if i were to murder this pupil i may lose a breaktime! so calling me moronic is not fair. I was the victim not the attacker. Also pretty much every member of staff (apart from the ones that dealt with it) even agreed that the schools descision was wrong.

what?! that's sick! he caused you damage that resulted in surgical recovery and all he got is 2 days time out.

i don't want to say this but i think it's better if you arranged some justice for him (be creative). let's be down-to-earth we would also feel the same

just because i suggested it doesn't mean it's perfect. it's your decision as to what to do next, what i've said is just my two cents

There is a big difference between 2 immature students having a physical altercation...and a student verbally attacking a teacher or school authority.

Unfortunately, you are too immature to realize that you behaved like a moron....and your mother should be punishing you not trying to "get you off".

You seem to have a huge disrespect for others... Too bad, really. You're going to have a lot of problems once you are out in the world if you don't change your behavior and attitude.

I see prison in your future if you don't see how to extract yourself from this situation by just behaving.

Perhaps since the headmistress has taken an interest in your case, you can humbly ask her for a referral to counseling for anger management or whatever else is on your mind.

The chair incident was an assault. In any other place there would have been cops and arrests. Possibly lawsuit, cus the school should provide for safety of their students.

Lotta stuff here..
Mostly about your inability to shut yer face when necessary, and controlling your responses. Looking at your inability to spell, you need to pay more attention in class. Your injury during the 'chair incident' is a result of your active participation in a fight.
Add to this the fact that this was a year ago...too late for you. Sorry.

You could press criminal charges for the assault, if you like. But, I would think that someone who has authority issues like you wouldn't really want to go through with all of that.
