Suffice to say that theGovt of Gujarat would decide what to do with Modiji and not Modi's Soniaben!

Nothing is fair in politics, my friend! Congress may jail Modi,but not Modi Congress men as Modi being a State man may not have that much power.

In my country India, no political leader can prosecute anyone, it is only the judiciary that can prosecute, so basically you question itself is incorrect.
Anyways, if I form a government, whatever party it is, I will surely have a fair investigation and do whatever possible to punish the culprits of Gujarat riots whether they are Congressmen or BJP. And looking at all the indications and media report, the guilty at present looks like Modi. I personally think, Modi is a terrorist and should not be hanged but should be punished in such a way that he suffers for his rest of the life and other dirty politicians learn a lesson from him. However, looking at the media reports and indications it seems like voters of my state are such fools that Modi the biggest terrorist of this century in India is going to be CM again. What a shame on we Gujaraties?

why not. it`s fair modi surely have the fault in gujarat`s voilence. but if anyone wins he could do with another by law only. if anyone has the fault he should go to jail. ya this comes at a right time for anyone

I think Modi type killers should not be sent to jails only, But should be hanged in public. This will be very much fair. Had there been no riots under his directions at that time, Today BJP GOVT be present at centre.
