don,t dare let her move in, if you do it will be a decission
you will regret for a long time.
you know very little about her and what you do know is bad.
i feel she would be nothing but trouble for you.
explain to your friend you have lived by yourself a long time,
you are set in your ways, and want no room mates. good luck.

Sounds to me like he is trying to dump his problem in your lap. Don't let him do that. He needs to be honest with his wife, if he thought that he might get back with her he should have never brought that other woman into it. If this woman moves in you will end up taking care of her, you don't want that. Friends are for friendship, not for using. he shouldn't have even asked you to help in this way. He could tell her to get a job so that she can take care of herself. But if this woman moved into the house that he and his wife shared he needs to move anyway. So tell her to get a job and leave her. She will fly or flop, depending on if she is lazy or not.

I think ur friend is trying 2 take advantage of u. This means that he is willing to make u uncomfotable just so that his life can be back to normal. If u do this for him, his requests will just become ridiculous in time.

You do not want to involve yourself in this drama, absolutely not. Even in the best of circumstances - you're used to living alone and having a housemate would be stressful, let alone one that you don't know personally, that has no means of supporting herself. Don't do it.

She has no job and no car. You pay the bills and mortgage. She will eat your food and live rent free. (she has no job) Not to mention that you do not know her and she could be the boogie man.

Tell him NOOOOO - she is his problem, not yours. They are presumably both adults and you didn't take either one of them to raise! Stand up for yourself and tell him no!!! Just say that you have thought about it and you know you wouldn't be happy with her there.
Good luck! ;)

Just say NO. A true friend would not ask this of you. You will regret it.

Don't let him dump his problem on you. He needs to clean up his own mess. Tell him no, that your lifestyle won't allow it.
