When dancing... Is it true that the more you move your stomach the more chance you have of losing more inches from it?

E.g. Moving your stomach forward, Left, Right, Back and repeat. <<<< Will that work?

The more you *move* in general the more chances you have of losing fat from your stomach and other areas. Move in any way you like.

No, it just stretches you out a bit. If you want to lose weight on the stomach you need to do pilates on your abs like crunches, bicycles, etc. In my dance class we do these every week

exercising in general helps with weight loss but just moving your stomach more will not really help ... if u want to lose inches do crunches [ sit ups ]

No it will not. If you want to lose inches from your stomach you need to do crunches, bicycles, leg lifts and the plank. That will help you lose weight fast.

Nope - weight lose doesn't work like that. In fact, you could build up muscle in that area and make it bigger, not smaller.

well i dont know about losing more inches from it but u sure get ABS!

no, you need to do ab workouts, and that doesnt count. i LOVE pilates, they really work, i do them in the morning sometimes. i also love yoga, its relaxing and you get fit!!
