Football is fixed, I never believed it, but after watching the referees miss the Terrell Owens call last Thursday ( they reviewed it, and still missed the obvious right call ). Then the referees in the West Virginia - Pitt game calling holding penalties every time Pitt got West Virginia in the hole, after the play was over. Now, the bad calls in the Ravens - Patriots game , something is going on, it seems there are predetermined winners in games, and the referees are making callings accordingly. There is no explanation for them missing the Terrel Owens call, after the review showed the on-field was obviously wrong, and they still upheld it.
Does anyone else think could be happening ?

I never thought a pro basketball referee would be caught either.

Frizzer, I've believed that for 40 years, but nowadays, money is more important than integrity is in business, and sports is big business now, there in lies the problem. Thanks for responding.

If what you are saying is true there would be no more football. The integrity of the sport is first and foremost and is monitored closely to make sure what you are saying can never happen.

No I think the quality is down but a fix I won't believe until something is proven. I'm not sure what bad calls you are saying were in the Pats/Ravens game. If anything th refs let a lot go unless it was right in front of them.

I guess you didn't see all the interference the GB player was pulling before the ball even got to T. O. I guess it would be asking too much to have you evaluate the whole play. Go watch your wrestling!

I think the NFL just wants the pats to stay undefeated until the playoffs to get people to keep watching them, hoping someone will pull off the upset.
