Yes,
It is possible...to look it form any plane....
Reserve a ticket for a plane which
1. goes from east to west.
2. which is fast
3. which is around at evening
and you will see like this,
Firstly,
The sun sets.
Then, it starts rising again and comes at a height,
Then it again downs ....

It may be possible if you move westward fast enough.
Actually, the Sun's apparent westward movement is due to the Earth's Eastward rotation, at 15 degrees per hour.
At the equator, this is equivalent to 900 knots (900 nautical miles per hour = 1042 mph = 1667 km/h).
The circumference of a small circle (like a parallel of latitude) depends on its distance from the circle's poel.
At latitude 60N, the required speed is only 450 knots (521 mph), easily achievable in an airplane.
Take off just after sunset, fly West at some higher speed, and the Sun will appear to rise in the West.
The scenario described by "astronomer" is possible if you are on a long flight where the path follows a "great circle route".
Take off from an airport at (let us say) a latitude of 45 N. While crossing the ocean (going westward) the path follows the great circle taking it above 60N. If the plane is much faster than 450 knots and the timing is just right, the sun will rise from the west while you are on the northernmost portion of the great circle.
Then, as the plane's path curves southward again, the sun will set.
---
Or go on Mercury's surface. The rate of spin is very close to the year (ratio is 2:3) and the orbit quite eccentric. If you are at the right longitude, you will see the sun set in the west, rise again at the same spot, then set a second time.
There is a corresponding spot (180 degrees away in longitude) where you get two sunrises (with an intervening sunset in the East).

YES,
If you approximate where the Western Horizon is, travel there. Get out of your vehicle, boat, or airplane, and look to the EAST at about 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM. You will see the Sun
rising in the EAST from your new position way out in the West.

Yes it is, but you would have to be on a westbound supersonic jet. That's the only way I know of to do it.
