Is the word "RX" an acceptable word in the game of Scrabble? I did not challenge it and I think I should have. I think it is just an abbreviation. Are there any Scrabble Pro's out threr? Thanks!

Rx isn't a legal word for the same reason as etc. Both are abbreviations for latin phrases.

I have never seen RX used before but if you go to a book store or a WHsmith(if ur from the uk) you can get a scrabble dictionary, I do know that QI is in there thats worth a few points.

I don't think it's a word. However, they sell Scrabble Dictionaries that are official Scrabble words. Even the professionals use it.
It's an awesome book and it's only about $8.00. It's worth it. You would be surprised about a lot of words.

No. It isn't in the Official Scrabble Dictionary. You should learn all the acceptable 2-letter words, by the way. It'll help you play your words parallel to other words, getting you more points.

RX is not a word in any of the seven different versions of Scrabble "approved" dictionaries for the english language, used by players in various types of games around the world.
