Multyply first equation by -3 on both sides.
-24x+15y=-24.
Now add.
0=8.
Which can't be true.
So, its d), no solution.

start solving from second equation
24x - 15 = 32
24x = 32 +15
24x = 47
x = 47/24
put this value into first equation to get y value
8(47/24) - 5y = 8
376/24 - 5y = 8
-5y = 8 - (376/24)
-5y = 8 - (94/6)
-5y = 8 - (47/3)
-5y = - 45/3
-5y = -15
y = 3
therefor the answer well be x= 47/24 and y=3
according what you question says
the answer well be d. no solution
