"Initiating every fusion techinque" meaning initiating every concurrence. The concurrences are the final attack after using quickenings. The 8 concurrences are Black Hole, Ark Blast, Whiteout, Luminescence, Windburst, Torrent, Cataclysm, and Inferno. Here is a chart to do each concurrence.

------------------------------------------------------
Concurrence - Quickening Level - Amount -
------------------------------------------------------
Inferno ------------- Level 1 ------------ 3 Times
Cataclysm -------- Level 1 ------------ 8 Times
Torrent ------------- Level 2 ------------ 3 Times
Wind Burst -------- Level 2 ------------ 6 Times
Whiteout ----------- Level 3 ------------ 5 Times
*Ark Blast ---------- Level 1/2/3 ------ 2 Times Each
*Luminescence -- Level 1/2/3 ------- 3 Times Each
*Black Hole ------- Level 1/2/3 ------- 4 Times Each
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Means you have to perform a level 1, level 2 and a
level 3 in the amounts stated

The above answer provides the correct list. The Brady Game version does not.
If you're going for Order of Ambrosia, then this one is the kicker. It takes luck and practice and timing.

Also, keep out a pen and pencil and check each time you've done a new one.

I did it over the last year with the help of the guide below.
I'd also recommend playing some rock music or anything with a strong beat that you love to keep yourself from going crazy with hearing the same thing over and over.
