My job is with an MNC if i choose one i will have to leave other and if i choose job I have decided no marriage for atleast next 5 yrs I mean till I am 30 or 31

SO?? Whats 5 years?? Is something terrible going to happen when you turn 30? Use the 5 years to stash a bunch of money and have FUN. 5 years will be gone in the blink of your eye.

Well, this is up to you. You have plenty of time for marriage, but if you are completely in love with this person, you can still be engaged and maybe he will move with you? If thats out of the question, then I would focus on whats more important, a carreer or love. Establishing a good carreer is very important. You want to be able to support yourself, be independant, and have money to start a family eventually when the time is right. Good luck in whatever decision you make.

Why can't that person come into the city? What about commuting? Make sure you are not making an unnecessary decision. I suppose though, if you must chose, you should chose the one that you think about waking up and falling asleep; the one you live for.
