each period is accompanied with diffirent symptoms. There was a time when i become extremely bloated and excessively hungry, no matter what i eat i was still hungry and tired. most of the time i cant stand talking to any men, or smelling their perfume. i also react to anything and cry for no reason. ofcourse we will never forget the tight muscles or cramps and pimples.

everything but hating men and their cologne. I love my man cuz he buys me chocolate...
ESPECIALLY the bloated part. Most women retain about 2-5lbs in water. I TRULY retain about TWENTY FIVE lbs in water. That's no exaggeration. I wish it was.

Lol, I don't really get any physical symptoms, I just get overly emotional about things that wouldn't normally bother me. I know I'm PMSing when I start tearing up over silly stuff!
