"A good plan today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow." ~~World War II General George S. Patton's Law
Stop being a perfectionist.
Sometimes getting the job done -- today -- is more than half the battle.
My dad was a Staff Sergeant under General Patton and he had a bunch of sayings along this line. They were all meant to tell you to take action and get the job done, NOW.
My favorite line of my dad's along this theme:
"Sh*t, or get off the pot."

.Perhaps, They are trying to duplicate the thought of:
Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today.
To Procrastinate could lead to being late.
Begin today, perfect tomorrow.

to me...it's that you can do more fruitful in some things today and right this time....who knows...we cannot predict our life! you cannot assure that tomorrow will be a great day for you...you can't expect things that will going to happen...=)
