The Sharia regulation is a diplomatic ruling of a rustic. that's not the regulation of Allah yet Sharia regulation has been devised by using human beings. needless to say you probably did no longer examine the entire wikipedia article, purely the bits which proper you. Had you finished, you will possibly have considered this, "there is not any longer a strictly codified uniform set of rules concerning Sharia. that's greater like a gadget of devising rules, based on the Qur'an, Hadith and centuries of dialogue, interpretation and precedent."

There is a very strong movement amongst the women of the Arab Muslim World to get the Sharia laws codified and yes basically moved into this century.

There are also demands that judges should be something more than religious scholars who favour one group or school of thought.

It is very difficult in any sphere to get anyone to let go of power and control, but things are moving forward.

I don't know much about sharia law but any system that condones the stoning to death of people, cutting off their hands, making women cover themselves in black sheets etc. is certainly barbaric and should be outlawed! Moses brought 10 commandments from God. The first is to love the lord thy God with all your heart, the scond being to love thy neighbour as thyself. For the musl;ims it seems to be' fear the Lord and destroy your neighbour.

I don't know the details of Sharia law...but if thats the law in Sudan, then thats the law...its a different culture to here, so its hard for us to say whether it should be rewritten or not....and while that teacher was in that country, she should have to be bound by the laws of that country, whether they are barbaric or not

People shld have a free choices, they shld be allowed to do things that muslims believe to be evil even if its not..like dating.
If they believe in faith then they shouldnt force someone frm not committing a sin(like sex). That would be true faith.
Not living in fear.
