Throw a bone our way... getting flats and throwing slime in the tube doesn't explain your situation well. What kind of riding? How heavy are you? Paved or dirt/gravel? Back or front tire? How many flats in what span of time? Are you replacing the tube or patching? Leaks on inside, outside or left/right sides of tube. What kind of tires? BMX, MTB, road, race...?

Slime is a good place to start. However, in order to avoid pinch flats, look at inflating to at least 45psi mountain or 90 psi for road.
Many people swear by the tubeless equivelent of slime. However, the only sure way is to have solid tyres.

Try this web site. I think you can get a polyurethane foam filler for wheelbarrow, bicycle and machinery tyres to puncture proof them. I saw the stuff about 10 years ago and it was injected into the innertube via the valve. The wheelbarrow wheels never went flat again. If these websites doesn't help, I am sure if you search enough on the web, you will find what you need.

Make sure you are keeping your tires inflated to the recommended pressure. All the measures you described won't stop a pinch flat.
