I have a 1970 mint proof/silver set of UK coins, a mint proof/silver set of bicentennial coins, and a mint proof/silver set of UK/N. Ireland coins...what's the worth?

In order to give and estimate of value, we would first have to know what coins of what denomination are included in each proof set. Proof sets do vary in the number of coins and face value of each coin, regardless of the country of origin.
