Well my muscles seem fine so i didn't bruise or pull the pectoral. But I have this pain when i breathe (DEEP) inside my chest and it's not like other peoples. I feel very small cracks (kinda like cracking knuckles on a very very small scale) when i breathe deep and my heart beats. It's been going on for 5 days already and it doesn't hurt as much. Lower left (back) abdomen also makes sends when i go to touch my toes... weird but doesn't hurt or anything. Pee is kind of cloudy (maybe it was the coffee?) Mostly this is just annoying and I can do everything normally. Before i had a bruised or inflamed sternum and was kind of like now but more centered. Pretty sure no broken bones and it's not a heart problem (my left arm is fine...). Any idea? This just confuses and annoys me rather than worries me.
SORRY for the long paragraph detail but I figured it's better to be thorough to distinguish this from other arbitrary symptoms/injuries.

SUMMARY of ^ if you don't want to read. No chest pains anymore, only when breathing deep. Little small cracking noise when breathing deep every heartbeat. Lower back abdomen kinda makes sounds when bend to pick something up (doesn't hurt). No pain during normal daily walking.

The abdomen problem is more like a gurgle rather than a noise...

Some of this sounds a lot like bronchitis (I had a problem with this earlier in the year). I would recommend that you see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
