Potato cheesy casserole.

Saute 1 white sliced onion in 2 tabs butter 10 minutes in frying pan. Layer 1/8 inch sliced peeled Russet potatoes, sauteed onions, grated Parmesan cheese, salt pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese in a buttered 8x8 or 9x13 baking dish.(Depending on how many potatoes you use). Repeat layers until pan is filled. Pour 1/2 can of chicken broth over top. Sprinkle top with last layer of Parmesan and cheddar cheese and cover. Bake at in preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Uncover and finish baking 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown. Enjoy.

Microwave Popcorn....
1: Unwrap plastic from bag
2: Place bag in microwave
3: Press "popcorn"
4: Eat!

Spaghetti....
1: Boil Water
2: Brown Meat
3: Add Pasta to Water
4: Drain Meat and Add Sauce
5: Drain Noodles

Quick Spaghetti 20 mins will feed at least 2

6 Rashers Bacon diced
1 medium onion diced /garlic optional put in w/onions
1 800g diced canned tomatoes
1 small red chilli or sweet chilli sauce
pepper to taste
thin spaghetti
parmesan cheese

Put salted water on to boil for spaghetti,put spaghetti in to cook when water has boiled./
Put bacon and onion in saucepan with small amt of oil
mix until slightly golden,add can tomatoes and chilli and pepper.when boiled turn down to simmer.
When spaghetti is cooked sauce is ready
serve with parmesan if you want.

Easy Beef Pot Pie

2 frozen pie crustes thawed (pre-heat oven to recommended termp. from carton. )
1 Large Can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew
Pie pan


Unfold the first pie crust in the bottom of the pan, form into bottom and prick with fork about 12 times evenly all over, fill it with your beef stew, top with the second crust. Trim the edges of the crust end pinch shut, slice four 2 in. long slits in the top of the pie and bake according to pie crust instructions. You can always brush melted, cooled butter on top, or use an egg wash (egg and milk)

Chicken quesadillas!

Buy:
Flour tortillas
Rotisserie chicken
Shredded cheese (anything you like)
Sour cream (if you like)

Cook:
1. Shred meat off chicken and put aside.
2. Heat skillet to medium-high. Put in a tablespoon of butter.
Add a flour tortilla. On top, put shredded cheese and chicken on one side of tortilla and fold.
3. Flip to crisp the other side.
4. Serve with sour cream.

Break open a tuna cann, and mix it with chopped onions and chopped green chillies, add mayo and ground pepper. mix it up enjoy with bread or pasta.
