The Andha Shradhha Nirmoolan Movement currently active in India and Sri Lanka should continue and should be given all possible support by sane and rational people. The illiterate masses are befooled by so said exorcists in a very large number in rural areas. It has become a multi million rupee business for so said tantriks. The Movement is trying to educate the general public, specially the rural masses how the miracles are presented to them by use of chemicals. The blind faith has been retarding the rural masses extensively. Any movement that eradicates these ignorances is of great benefit to them. This movement has nothing to do with any religion. It relates only to the irrational beliefs.spurious magics and miracles etc.

God bless!

Why don't you discuss the idea with Dr Narendra Dabholkar. He is the person who knows lots about this idea and he is a sane person. He could give you lots of reason why this should continue. He is currently in Pune city, looking after publishing of magazine "Sadhana". Please meet him.

Personally, I feel it should continue.

Seems like a reasonable idea. What's wrong with rationality? Too bad the name is so hard for us westerners to pronounce.
