It doesn't say anywhere in the bible that God created no evil. It does say, during creation, that he looked upon his creation and "it was good", but that does not imply that He did not create evil.
Personally I think evil was created in the concept of "free will". And while I LOVE free will, it is in this act that evil rises. One does not have to be TEMPTED to do something evil. One only has the free will to chose between different choices. Satan (not Lucifer. No where in the bible does it say that Satan's name was Lucifer. That was a common English translation mistake and later concept created by Dante)... what was I saying? Oh yes, Satan made a choice, and it didn't work out well for him. (And he wasn't an Ark angel, btw).
Haha, let it not be said that a non-Christian doesn't know the bible! I think I know it too well for a non-Christian.

God did create evil, in the tree of "knowledge of Good and Evil." If the knowledge of good and evil existed, then evil existed at least in knowledge of the tree, which God actually created. Maybe Lucifer ate of the tree.

God created everything and seen that it was good. I don't remember anything saying there was no evil, although I am sure that in the beginning none existed. Remember, the Angels had free will also. Satan grew to become jealous of God and he let that jealousy get to him until he wanted to have what God had and that was worship and praise. He wanted to be God. I have to ask why you think that it couldn't have just appeared? Freewill......

Evil isn't created. Evil is a lack or absence. Lucifer caused his own evil by turning away from God who provided for him and in so doing met with evil, or lack of what is good and pure and holy.
By his own beauty and the multitude of his merchandise he caused him self to turn away from God.
The angels that didn't follow him had no lack and they have no lack now.

There is balance
You can not have all good or all evil there would be no comparisson, Lucifer may have been obediant and then like a teen rebel and throw a fit and got kicked out.
Evil was there to begin with there will never be a turely utopian world for us to live or die in. Even in Heaven should we make it there we will have the remembrance of evil things do to what we have seen in this life and there is no stopping that.

Yet again the christians are unable to answer the question. How do humans choose evil when evil never existed? They still haven't answered that one.

Early Christians believed that the God of the Old Testament was the Devil because he did wrathful things. He turned Saul into salt, simply because Saul turned around. He also told some people to kill their children. Today's Christianity suppresses this fact.

Free will, given by The God Almighty.
Some one said evil is absence of God, I would say God cannot be absent, it our conscious which does not recognize God. God Almighty is present all the time only it is our will to recognize Him and seek His Blessings.

Where in the bible did it say everything was good and there was no evil? God created everything, according to the Bible, so God must have created evil too. If not then who? Another God?

God did not create angels, nor people, to be robots...we were created with the ability to make decisions and have emotions. Lucifer, over time developed the emotion of jealousy
