Naturally, no new species could've come into being since creation... Which means all of the diseases out there specific to humans had to have survived in Noah and his family. How did he get all of them?

I wasn't aware that Noah had STDs.
My guess would be sinful people transmitting disease from the animal population onto themselves, but like I said that's just a guess. I'm not a scientist, just a lowly Christian.

Research is showing that VIRUSES ARE A CRITICAL PART OF LIFE. In fact most viruses don't cause disease. God didn't put pathogenic viruses on the ark. STD's "evolved" later as a result of genetic mutation of the host.

Just because we believe there was a single point of creation does not mean it's exclusive from evolution, or that God couldn't create something else.
If God wants there to be a disease, He'll make it.
So yes, new things do come...
also, you know how AIDS came to be a human disease? From a monkey bite...it wasn't always an STD.
