Christians are taught to forgive in order to be forgiven.
Vengeance belongs to God. God is the judge of a man not man who is also in sin.
God does not overlook any sin all sin is punished by death,
God does not overlook sin but brings a sinner to his righteousness through atonement paying the penalty of sin for man.
This is the reason Jesus is the only answer.

God forgives those who forgives others, + yourself. You should get the forgiveness of the ones that were hurt. And be sincerely sorry enough that you won't do it again. If you dont get their forgiveness, than don't do ill towards them, have respect for them in your heart.
God will always love + forgive you, even tho He doesn't care for your life-style or choices, He gives us the chance to recover our sins + make amends.
I think the key word is change, a new you. : )

to make peace with the Lord you need to pray and ask . He is quick to forgive if you ask. The other people in your life all you can to is ask and give them time trust you again. With most people seeing that you have really changed is what will cause them to forgive you and that takes time.

Don't beat your self up! Seriously...LOVE your self. Don't get all caught up in the miseries of NARROW-MINDED thinking pushed on you from ORGANIZED religious beliefs.
Instead find the answers from within your own heart. Learn from your mistakes and MOVE on...you don't need a congregation to TELL you what to do!
Everyday we make choices, the responsibility of your actions in upon you, and you alone. Find solace from within....not out side of your self...STOP judging yourself. Simply LOVE and be loved! If you are in a marriage that you are not committing to take the mature route and get a divorce.
Its as simple as that! Good luck!

God shows his love by correcting us and/or using discipline to bring us to where he wants us to be. what does a good father do when he sees his child straying away from the right path to go his own way? he brings him back by means of discipline. now discipline can come in many forms depending on the seriousness of the offense. if a child is never disciplined [or suffers consequence for his wrong action], he will never learn what is right.
God only disciplines those who are his and he does this out of love for us, not to harm us or tear us down. it is God's way of saying, "son you are going the wrong way and it is time to turn around and do what is right." if we are not corrected when we do wrong then we will keep doing wrong.

It's so simple yet so diffucult(so to speak) You must repent of your sins and sincerely put your faith in christ. You must be saved. You are only saved through christ.
