I have posted my resume on-line and I have been going to every place that has an ad in the paper/on-line. No one is willing to work with my evening school schedule. Does any one have any advise for me? I need all the help I can get.

Hello Lizz,
Remember that it is hard for more professional full time oriented jobs to work with many school schedules. This definitely makes the pickings slim not only for them, but for you. Online resumes are great, but it sometimes takes more hunting in person on that matter. Also, the market for jobs in law enforcement is extremely competitive, and you know this. Based on that, the job market is saturated with people who have degrees just like you. Remember to be patient, and a suitable job will come along eventually, but the major obstacle here is that you need to finish whatever you are trying to do in school first. Good luck.

I posted my resume on-line too, and never got a respond, so I decided to call the agency that I wanted to work with, and ask them for the application, and they mailed it to me, and so I filled it out, and paper clip the resume on the back, and they called me back, but I suppose it differs by states. Hope that helps
