You have to teach yourself to "Unwind"- or else you're going to work yourself into a Nervous Breakdown when something BAD finally DOES happen... (And sooner or later, something ALWAYS does...). To begin with, stop "Micro-managing" your Life. Try to let things HAPPEN- without YOU worrying about them. NOTHING is SO important that it's worth losing sleep over. The "end of the World" isn't going to occur if you forget some detail, or drop a ball, or aren't "perfect"- or whatever. Life is to be WALKED through- NOT raced through. If you're in THAT much rush to get to your Grave, there are some "short cuts" I can recommend... Start LISTENING to your surroundings & stop reacting to them all the time. There is SO MUCH to learn, notice & appreciate in the World around you...-in your baby's growing up, in Nature, in your Husbands Love, in the people you deal with every day... Enjoy the "ride..."- & let the "Destination" come when it will... -Worrying about what might happen- will only ruin what you could've enjoyed... Good luck! :)

Take any of the following advice....
Take a day out of the week each month to do nothing whatsoever.... all day. That'll restore sanity.
Stop rejecting life. Accept what's being done or is happening at any given time. That'll end stress.

I'll include my standard posts on both stress, and anxiety, as follows: See stress treatments, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 42. Practice daily, one of the relaxation techniques on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i; whichever works best for you, but the mindfulness breathing for 15 - 20 mns is ideal. Employ the EFT version for use in public, for which you can reasonably claim that you have a headache, as you massage/tap your temples. Pages 3.c at * (direct link) and 2, 2.q and 2.o refer. You can also multitask, using the gazing technique, as you walk/jog or exercise, by focusing on a distant object, noting any thoughts which flash accross your mind, without pursuing any particular train of thought, just gently redirect your focus to the gazing. Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily, replacing 2 of them with cod liver oil, in the winter months, and eat healthily, in accordance with your "nutritional type" as determined at http://www.mercola.com/ TASKBAR. See anxiety treatments, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris in section 6. Set yourself a fixed limit for worrying about any particular subject, (say; 15 minutes) after which, resolve firmly to refuse to even consider that subject again on that day: realise and accept that to do otherwise would be counterproductive to your mental health, and enjoyment of life. Use the technique for reprogramming negative thoughts and internal monologue (self talk), on pages 2, and 2L, to help you in this, and consider carrying a wide rubber band in your pocket; stretch, and release, as a means of reinforcing it, and speeding up the process, re-pocketing it afterwards. Minimise sugar, coffee, tea, and anything else containing caffeine. Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily, and consider trying some of the other supplements, or herbal remedies.
