Had this for over 10 years. I am 37 years old.

My lower back is sensitive to the touch. It feels swollen all the time. i tried chiropractor and theropy and nothing helps.

I tried several medications from doctors and nothing helps. I tried acupunctor and that didnt help.

I want to be normal again. My back specialist (sports injury doctor) didnt help. Is there any other type of doctor i could see that could pinpoint what i have?

From what I can tell, based on the symptoms you've described, you might have a pinched nerve. The reason why it likely feels swollen would be because there is a slight numbness associated with the reduced nervous sensation, and that makes it feel bigger than it really is. As far as doctor's go, if a Chiropractor and Orthopedist didn't find anything, I honestly can't help you there.

I would mention it at your next appointment with your general physician, and tell him that it's important that you find relief for this issue. Keep pushing it, and you'll likely get more results.

Have you gone to get an MRI? If not this will tell you exactly what the problem is.
Try spinal decompression, it may help.

If nothing is showing I would guess it's something simple like your posture or the way you carry yourself. How much do you weight, how do you stand, do you stand on your feet all day, try a box with one foot on it for relief.
