bacon is nice sliced fine and cooked crispy added to the above and a touch of chilli. or bake your potatos let them cool a little or a lot depending on what you want and add sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. also in your recipe you could add along with the bacon some sour cream and chives.
best wishes.

You have a great recipe already. Give this a go. With the salt and pepper add some fresh dill weed, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Or use diced shallots in place of the onions and add some fresh roasted garlic paste and chopped bacon. Sour cream really makes the flavors combine, so use half mayo and half sour cream. Experiments make experience!

I use lots of good veggies in my potato salad.
Cubed boiled potatoes, chopped celery and celery seed, hard boiled eggs, diced green or red onions, diced green or red peppers, shredded or julienned carrots. sliced radishes, fresh chopped parsley and chives, Miracle Whip, salt, pepper, sweet pickle relish, mustard, and a little sugar and lemon juice. A friend of mine also cubes up some cucumber that he has deseeded. And then sprinkle some paprika on the top for flavor as well as to make it attractive!

Sprinkle vinegar over the hot potatoes, and add some chopped celary and sweet pickle relish and some yellow mustard to your recepe. A little salt would be nice too.

Your recipe seems good but ( in order of deliciousness) You can also add mustard seed, bacon ( really good), if you buy clausenn dill pickles you can use a tablespoon or so of the juice or the pickled spices( you have to strain all the juice to get these) and add that to the salad. A tablespoon of relish is interesting as well.

This is how i prepare mine:

Chopped potatoes, chopped boiled eggs, celery or carrots, mayo, and salt and pepper.

Served cold.

mmmm, potatoes are great :]

A friend of mine makes it just like that, only difference is she adds diced pickles.

Diced celery, diced sweet or dill pickles and mix some brown or dijon mustard with the mayo.
If you like it, I sometimes add chopped green chiles to mine also.
