I live about 35 miles from Texas Stadium. When the Cowboys are winning, you see blue stars and banners and jerseys and hats and jackets and blankets, etc. ad infinitum, but when they lose two games in a row you can't FIND a Cowboys fan.
Tonight I watched the boards and not a Pats fan to be found until that *cough cough* incredible come from behind win. Now they're out like cockroaches drawn to a pile of dung. It's sickening. How many others agree?

I agree 100%.....my dad wanted me to apply to Harvard for grad school....I replied with, "You've got to be kidding me. I think I would either get beat up severely or I would be sent to prison for finally cracking and beating up a bunch of Pat fans with a bar stool."

I understand the persons right here determining on the Saints, in spite of the undeniable fact that, those followers you're speaking approximately are the band wagoneers, they only grew to develop into followers after the SB win, i recognize folk in my city and all for the time of Louisiana that have been Cowboy followers, Raider followers, New England followers, that they had no Saints paraphenalia until the Saints gained the SB, now they have the SB Champion hats,T-shirts, bumper stickers, they are front runners, if we've a bad year this year, they'lll be lower back off the wagon quickly, I already recognize a pair have jumped on the Ravens band wagon, awaiting the Saints to do no longer so good this year. won't be able to even spell Baltimore, nor can they %. out Maryland on the map. real SAINTS followers are a humble lot, all of us recognize our previous, we've suffered many, some years. yet, i think of its real of any team, the actual followers are not obnoxious, its the hangers on have no self wotrth that reason the subject concerns.

Maybe the Pat's fan were watching the game. When it's a team your a fan of playing the game take a different tone then when it's a game that's one is hoping for a team to lose, and they are a fan of neither team, then you have plenty of time to type read over answers and check the scores now and again.

I think annoying, or even better vicious, fans make rivalries and games more entertaining to watch. I'm a pats fan but frankly most pats fans lack the edge that makes me root for philly teams when we're not competing against them. Most of the annoying pats fans on yahoo are probably bandwagoners and couldn't tell you who coached before belichick or who even was the pats qb before brady. Annoying fans make you despise their teams and make crushing them even more enjoyable. Maybe thats why the sox-yanks rivalry is so much fun since both cities are chock full of rear ends in top hats.

The true fans of these teams are not annoying,it is the fans that jump on the band wagon because of a good record or a particular player.
Example was a co worker that is a fan of Terrell Owen is a Cowboy fan but a couple of years ago he was a 49er fan,so these are the annoying fans.
But genericlly "cowboy" fans.

The fans for the Pats and Cowboys are both annoying. Which ones are more-hard to say. The worst fans in the NFL, however, reside in Philadelphia. They're awful when they lose but worst when they win.
I, personally, can't stand Romo. That smug, little grin. I'm not a Patriots fan but I was for a night when they stomped Dallas.

These boards also have a whole lot more "Cowboy" fans out there now than there were about five years ago when the 'boys went through three straight 5-11 seasons.

I agree 100000000%. Pats fans and Cowboys fans are cut from a whole other breed. They weren't around before.....And they left for a little while when the Pats fell to mediocre.....And now they are back again!!! I'm a Broncos fan, still wear my Broncos jacket everyday. Most Pats fans are complete chumps (not all)
Most annoying fans go in this order:
1. Patriots
2. Patriots
3. Patriots
4. Cowboys
5. Raiders

In my experience, Cowboy fans are worse.
For my taste, I can't stand either team- but I grew up a Cowboys fan. I NEVER forgave "Darth Vader" Jones for letting Tom Landry go, and drafting thugs like Michael Irvin.

I'm sorry but I don't think any fans can get worse than the Cowboys. No matter if the Boys' are winning or losing, they're fans refuse to believe there's someone out there that's better.

That's pretty sad about the Cowboys fans. They call themselves FANS, yeah right. When Tony Romo botched that snap in 2006, I was the ONLY person around to stand up for him, from school to church to extracurricular activities. Romo's my boy, yeahhhh.
Anywho, the Pats fans are worse because we have certain losers here on Y!A who have no class and insist on rubbing in our faces that they're "12-0" woop-de-doo. I won't mention any names, but we all know who they are.
There won't be a fan around when the Pats lose [and believe me, they'll crack eventually], or if there are, they'll be whining about bogus calls and crap that WE had to deal with from them this whole season.
