First of all, I applaud your efforts for trying to save the planet. More communities need people like you. I think this tramps actions should be made public, not only on the internet..(post those letters online with the schools name so when people google that school such disgust is made publicly) but also in the town's newspaper as well. Remember, the pen is mightier then the sword. After you hang that article in the public library, gas stations, truck stops, laundrymats, and all other community boards as well, recycle the rest of the paper..and save our planet!

If the man is not married. No, don't do anything. If he is married - yes, blow the whistle. That could be considered by most school districts as "behavior unbecoming of a teacher". If the notes, pictures are raunchy enough, that could be too. BUT, you are going to have to tell them how you obtained the pics and notes..... so it might make you look bad. I totally understand your being upset..... this kind of junk goes on in our community/district all the time and if I ever found out my child was around someone acting in this way, I would have a problem with it too. The principal of the teacher's school is where you would want to start, then superintendent, school board, etc. Might ask some of the other parents around town if they "know" anything about this.

Sounds like the neighbor is the scumbag here, having an affair when he has a girlfriend.
The right thing would be to stay out of it and mind your own business. As long as the teacher isn't bringing her personal life into the classroom, it is of no one's concern. She's a grown woman and makes her own choices.
Life and karma will catch up to them soon enough, you would just make EVERYONE mad (neighbor, teacher, girlfriend) if you stuck your nose in where it didn't belong.
You had NO business taking his PRIVATE property from his residence!
Stay out of everyone's business (and garage, and their belongings) before someone blows the whistle on YOU!

you should stop and think about this for a moment.
a) it is creepy for you to go through your neighbors' garbage without their knowledge or permission. don't blame your snooping on trying to save the earth.
b) if you were having an affair with someone, would you toss pictures and nasty notes into the trash for your snooping hippie neighbor to find? i think not. if they were throwing away the things you found, my guess is their little fling is over anyway.
c) please think about the man's girlfriend. most of us know when our man is being unfaithful. consider the fact that she may already know, and they may be trying to work things out. i doubt that she needs all the embarrassment and humiliation you would cause if you "blow the whistle". it's really not your place. mind your own business.

First I find it slightly odd you were going through their trash, as well intended as it may be. Second, I don't think it's your place to "blow the whistle." So long as what the teacher is doing does not interfere with her classroom ettiquette or teaching abilities, what he or she does in their personal time is of no concern to anyone. I know how tempting this is because you want to tell, but I think that you should just keep it to yourself and better yet, forget you ever knew.

Woah, you should respect people's privacy! DO NOT tell everybody, it's NOT their business. You should talk to the teacher and the neighbor about it and then if they continue on with their relationship, you should talk to the dude's girlfriend. She has the right to know, but it should come from the dude and not some random person! As for the "tramp teaching the children" I feel that your personal life has nothing to do with how well someone teaches. So, please, don't try to get this person fired just because they're sleeping with someone. Hope this helps.

Well you are obviously someone who wallows around in garbage and you self righteous views are a bit out of date. This is 2007 not 1607. And if she is such a huge tramp why did you not know before you decided to go through your neighbors garbage. But I do think you should tell that way your neighbor can sue you for invasion of privacy and take everything you own.

If niether of them is married its not your buisness. You could possibly be sued for libel or have a restraining order put out against you for being a creeper stalker. If its your nieghbor and you get a restraining order it will be very easy to violate it and you could end up on probation or jail. If no ones married you have no grounds for any actions. If somone is you may be legally protected depending on which state you live in and moraly it may be more sound to whistle blow but i would reccomend steering clear from others buisness. we had a president who cheated... who cares

IF YOU WANT TO DO THE RIGHT THING THEN YOU WILL MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. WHY DOES THIS BOTHER YOU SO MUCH, ARE YOU JEALOUS? IN THE FUTURE YOU SHOULD ALSO STAY OUT OF OTHER PEOPLES TRASH. WHEN YOU SPOKE ABOUT BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON THEM AND ASKED HOW TO GO ABOUT IT, I'll BET THAT YOU MEANT SO THEY WOULDN'T KNOW THAT IT WAS YOU. PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE WHO MAKE ME SICK.
