so pretty muich ive been depressed and stressed out. i cant take it. im always thinking aboutt it. does anybody kno some way too keep my mind of it and just kinda be cheered up? please let me kno. thanks~

Try to do something that you enjoy every day. Get out in the fresh air. Walk away from home or school for 15 minutes. You then have 15 minutes to walk back. Helps a lot for stress and depression.
Try to remember that this will pass. Right now it doesn't seem like it but it will.
Sometimes, I give myself a date like New Years. I say if I don't feel better by New Years day that I will make an appointment to see the doctor.

I have found a great website that has all natural remedies of things you can do for your depression. If you are against medication or just want to try something else first I would recommend you try some. I will send the links below also once your there do a search for anxiety they have stuff on that subject also.

try to be as outgoing as you can. if something is bothering you try to asses the situation. keep blinds open instead of closed. buy a puppy :D. try to be with friends more often than your family. family tends to be a stress-ore. medication isn't always the answer but if you think you literally can't controll yourself then you should seek professional help if you haven't already. GET MORE SLEEP that is a big depression cause that people usually dont know about. look at your diet, have you eaten healthy to some degree lately? if not have an apple or two. an orange never hurt any one either. try to change your daily routine, repetitiveness can lead to it i've found myself.

please please please read all of these answers. and before you even think about "it" think of the people you're going to hurt just from doing it.

Take up a hobby and look at the better aspects of life which are not associated to the source of your depression. Take pilates or yoga to just relax your mind. I did this last year when stressing on my grades and I actually found a way out of it . Hope I was of help! :D

You just have to keep busy.and try not to go over it in your head.You may need a change of scenery...
