The first one i think its means that our time is wasted on sweating the small stuff, This could include the idea that we don't really live in the moment because we are so concerned with the insignificant stuff

The poem I believe simply means that we shouldn't judge people by how they live their lives especially if its not the norm and we should respect the differences

Well grasshopper, what does it mean to YOU?
One may render an answer based upon interpretation of the words, so how do YOU interpret them?

1. Answers become elusive when we seek them and clouded by inner conflict

2. Again, interpretation. Let the individual be the individual and find their own answers.

3. Do not allow the little things block the path of least resistance and follow your own heart for your own answers.
This is how we evolve as individuals and grow as societies.

We spend our time on trivial things that don't matter when we should be looking at the big picture.

Everyone has their own goals and priorities and should therefore not be judged against anyone else's.
