First of all, your situation depends on what country you are from. Some countries residents receive asylum or refugee status. Also, do not travel without consulting an immigration lawyer first to see what the options are. Some colleges accept students from abroad and issue them a student's visa, so make sure you exhaust all those possibilities first. Good Luck!

I'm sorry but you must currently be in a legal status to be eligible to change your status. Your best bet is to return to your country and apply for legal entry. The longer you stay here as an illegal immigrant or overstay the worse it will be for you when you apply for legal status.

You can change your status from illegal alien to citizen of your country by going back there.

The answer for the quiestion is, try to marrie a US citizen woman and you'll get your documents in less then a year. My friend did it and he is a US citizen now. It seems to be the only way for you at this point.

If you are illegally in this country, you will need to go back to your own country and apply to come back here legally. After doing so, there will be doors opened in welcome to you.

Get on a boat and head to Cuba. That is where the US immigration offices are, they will help you out quickly and nicely.

"I there is not a chance for me better back to my contry."

First, your country is what you make it.

Secondly, who the H3LL gave you a GED with spelling and grammar like that?!!!!

The best you can do is apply for citizenship and hope for the best, meanwhile stay out of trouble as any police records certainly won't help your cause. Good Luck
