How much weight would i lose by next monday if i eat no bread, pasta, rice, noodles, muffins, doughnuts, cookies (anything made of grains), drank no soda, pops, juice, and ate no meat, no junk food such as chips, candy, etc...
Only ate Vegetables, fruits, Tofu, and 2-3L of water a day
And used the stairs a lot.
and im 18

if this is the first time your doing this than about 5-7 pounds, but that would be just water weight. by next week your weight loss will begin to level out to about 1-2 pounds per week.

your diet sounds like mine, im vegan. but i didn't cut out everything at once.

first was just meat, then dairy, then everything with gluten, egg, and other chemicals. you don't really see a difference unless you cut out the dairy. but if ur becoming vegan just to lose weight than thats not the best decision. tofu is high in calories, even though there not empty calories like you would find in say, a bag of chips, there high in calories none the less.

not sure but healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, although your first week is usually a jolt to your body and you may average around 5 or 6 pounds within the first week.
