So this is like my 6th day on this new job. This new job is supposedly spr easy, yet I always screw up unintentionally. I feel like my supervisor is tired of me but that she doesn't fire me becuz she's such a nice person.
So 2day I made this mistake by writing all the dates wrong on a paper. My supervisor probably realized that when I already left.

I'm rly feeling hopeless :( I don't want them to keep me @ because they feel sry 4 me. So what do I do? Should I quit after 6 days of work (knowing they can find someone better :( ) ?? What should I tell them 2morrow?

Don't give up. Jobs are hard to come by. I'll pray for you.
Philippians 4:6,7 says "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."

Awwe you poor thing. Most importantly (pay attention) ITS OK! You re brand new to the job. Who doesn't make mistakes when they start something new. Don't think for a minute that your boss never/doesn't make mistakes! Its ok, just acknowledge the mistakes and communicate that you re trying your best. This is done best by first asking your boss if you can speak with her (get a time that works best for her) and be honest with her. Let her know whats going on and that you mean well and want to try and improve. Any boss who cant manage to see your positive efforts is not a boss worth working for.
Listen, its ok to make mistakes NOBODY is perfect, just present the effort to improve! You'll be fine!!
Pass this on when you re no longer the "new girl" and someone else begins their new day at your company. See if we can all remember and stay in touch with those nervous feelings etc. that we ALL HAVE HAD when we start something new, there would be more of us willing to ease the tension and help out more.
WOW THIS GOT LONG! I hope this helps you. Good luck in your new career and go get 'em tiger!! DONT QUIT!!

You're allowed screw up time in a new job. No one comes in perfect. Keep in mind it cost money to hire a new person and most managers don't like going through looking for new people. You have space for mistakes.

I have to wonder why you didn't fix the dates before you left. If you realized it after you left (it's happened to all of us), go in and point it out before anyone else can. It shows you realized your mistake and are capable of learning not to mention honest.

The worst that can happen is they let you go, but at least you walk away knowing you did the right thing. Either way, you at least get a little more pay.

Make a plan for fixing whatever mistake you made, and go straight to work on it as soon as you get to work. You don't know that your supervisor knows, but even so, if you tell her you realize your mistake and know what to do to fix it, she might let you off the hook. If you quit, you'll never know.

You shouldn't expect to be perfect at your job 6 days in. I'm sure they understand. You'll never get better if you don't stay and work at it. Just ask your boss what you can do to improve your work and if there's anything you should be doing differently.
