We are both on the lease. Im not trying to be stuborn but why now that im pregnant hae to deal with the stress of moving out of my own apartment, when I own everything there and all the utilities are in my name? All he pays is the rent. I really don't think that its necessary to move right now. I just want some advice

I say he should be the one to move. I mean you are pregnant and the things in the place are yours. Also you say all the bills are in your name. It would be a big hassle for you to move and then it would be trouble for both of you with having to have the bills switched over into his name. It would just be easier for him to move, and I mean easier on him and you. If he is a jackass and likes to cause you problems then he will not move and then it will be you moving or staying and putting up with him. If he is a nice guy and you both get along OK then chances are he will move out and just have his name taken off the lease and give him back his part of any deposit money he put down. Yeah it maybe kinda unfair for you to have to pay him all of his deposit money back but it's better than having to deal with all the hassle. That way you will be the only person responsible for the apartment. Good luck. =)

You should stay and he should go You said youre both on the lease yet you own everything in it and it sounds like you probablly bare most of the financial burden too Just a guess.

He should be a gentleman and move out.

he should leave. you shouldn't have to worry about finding a new place and moving everything. you're on the lease and you own everything there so it just makes since that he finds somewhere else to go.
