I am trying to tone up my chest and and abs before the upcoming summer. What effective workouts can I do in my room with only 2 20lbs dumbbells ?

toning = decreasing body fat and you can't spot reduce fat through manipulating the diet or through exercise.

the diet that you follow ultimately determines the level of body fat not the types or amount of exercise that you partake in.

there are tons of exercise on the site below that utilize dumbbells.

you can hold the dumbells on your chest while doing some crunches laying on the floor
