I baked it for 30-35 minutes according the the recipe from cooks.com and now not sure how long didnt say guesses welcome!!

I never saw a specific cooling time mentioned-as far as I know you can cut into it right off.

I usually let it cool for at least a couple hours on the counter. run a knife around the edges every hour. this will make it easier to remove from the spring form pan later on. once the cake is at room temp, wrap it tightly in saran and refridgerate it - overnight is best, but if you need it same day, than at least 3-4 hours.

i would say prob about 45 mins to an hour atleast
