Never happened to me, and I am always thinking about hot women. Problem is, during Basic, I had no time to think or even dream of that!
By the time we hit the rack at night, I was dead to the world as soon as my head hit the pillow. And then I would be awakened for my shift at fire guard, CQ, detail, nighttime fire alarm procedures, etc. No way whatsoever that little joey was ever going to get some time to dream.

Hey, Knucklehead, you're in Basic training, not summer camp.
So what if you penis is erect because you have to urinate? When you're done doing push-ups and flutter kicks with the rest of the platoon you'll have the opportunity to relieve yourself. Nobody is looking at your groin, and it's as though you'll be sleeping in the nude. You will have PTs shorts and Tshirt on when you go to bed.
