Yes. There are only 19 states that DO NOT REQUIRE license plates in the front.

I do believe so, yes. There are a few states, Arizona and NM for two that do not require front license plate on vehicle registered in those states.

Basically, yes. If they issue you two plates (which is always the case with a passenger vehicle), you are required to display them front and rear. Certain kinds of vehicles (like a trailer) will only be issued one plate, and so only have to have a rear plate.

Yes. A general rule of thumb...if they give you two plates, you need two on your car.

yes it is.. even if you display it on the front windsheild you can get a fix it ticket for that
