To me it looks like she slept with braids in her hair. If you want to acheive that look, then while your hair is damp the night before, braid it, add gel if you want, and then go to sleep! That's all you have to do and it should last all day tomorrow.
I have really thick, long, straight hair, and I wanted it wavy for my Conformation, so after I washed my hair, when it was still a little damp, i curled it a little bit with the curling iron, and then I put in an anti-frizz gel. After that, I twisted small sections of my hair around my finger and bobby pinned them to my head so they would stay. Before I left, I took the pins out, and my hair was pretty wavy for the rest of the day.

Tightly braid your hair and leave it like that over night. When you wake up, unbraid your hair and hair spray it w/ a thick hold hair spray.
I've done it before myself. Or if you want wet waves.Tightly braid your hair before you shower. And when your in the shower wet your hair but don't unbraid it. AFter you get out of the shower spray your hair. And leave it like that for 20 minutes. And then you'll have wet wavy hair.
But make sure the braids are somewhat tight or it won't be that wavy!

it would be best to braid your hair in multiple braids all over in individuals, as you are doing so keep applying hair gel to it. leave it for the morning, then take it down andyou should get a crimped look, or just use a hair crimper either one should do the trick still need help, feel free to email me anytime.

ok. wash your hair, braid your ends, and go to sleep. In the morning unloosen the braid, it should be wavy. This is the easiest way.
