To answer your main question: There is not best language, and even if there was, I only know english and a bit of Japanese, so I have no room to "rate" others unfairly.

Also, I personally believe your language does not affect your reasoning. I have been wrong in the past though. Just my two cents.

English is the official language of the business world and is the most spoken around the world. So it doesn't really matter what you think is the best. The English language isn't going anywhere.

Which is a shame because the language has been abused by so many people that the actual English language of the English has been destroyed and cannot sound as good french ever again.

English is a great language for changing technology-its easier to make new words.

I think a knock out combo of languages to know would be English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Japanese and Arabic.

While English is the current international language of commerce and flight. There is no such thing as the best language, outside of the artificial languages they all have words that mean the same thing.

I would say Spanish because we have so many mexican immigrants now that our country will need to speak spanish. It is spoken in all of south america (except brazil) and part of Europe. If u speak english, then the perfect most useful second language would be spanish.

Spanish is also a very pretty romantic language like French. This language will help in in occupation resumes and even just for fun.

my friend we are two sides of a coin it is the worth of who we are that has drawn us together as we are one in the strength of what we share together. You ask of this question i have but one word to say that defines the face of a race as this is the one who won two to make us All complete as we are meant to be as i know you have searched this is the love of a soul as felt in a heart that has melted in the affections of another and this is the true depths of a meaning behind the weight of worth of a word and the balance of truth in any language as they are all aspects of the same face of this human race.
