And since we shall not covet our neighbor's wife He should strike them all down (neighbors and wives), and all possessions we do not own ought to be burned (so we can't steal them) and everyone else should be struck by lightning so we cannot murder them... interesting thought.

ok so one factor is you do no longer blame God it became their mistake. If it became only Eve, God could've only made yet another female yet on the grounds that Eve got here from Adam and Adam ate the fruit besides he brought about sin to flow into all his offspring. He chosen to sin against God. So subsequently all of us inherit sin. it extremely is the quick clarification. you may examine the full tale in Genesis. that they had each and every little thing and that they messed it up. And weren't probable being punished we've only inherited what have been given handed down. Like a ailment. We have been meant to be suitable yet weren't. And we don't immediately visit heaven. if we did then Adam and Eve does not have been positioned on earth so because it extremely is the place we are meant to be purely we've been meant to stay continually right here on earth. i'm hoping this facilitates slightly. it could look confusing yet as quickly as you already realize it is particularly great.

For any creature with free will there will be the temptation to disobey God. It is an inescapable consequence of true freedom - that we might choose to do something God would not want for us.

God gave them a concrete way to visualize this choice: a simple piece of fruit with a simple easy to understand command: do not eat it.

It could have been anything really - don't cross this line, don't say this word etc. The point was, would Adam and Eve consciously choose to do what their loving Father had instructed them not to do.

She did not eat an apple, as many were taught in Sunday School. The key to understanding what really happened is to identify two "trees" in Genesis 2:9.

Also, God's Word abounds with figures of speech, symbolism, Hebraisms, metaphors, and types (the seven churches in the Book of Revelation).

On the one hand, if I said to you, I'm going to paint the town red tonight, you would probably understand this figure of speech.

On the other hand, if I said the above to someone from China, for instants, he might think I'm going to grab a bucket of red paint, a brush, and paint the town red.

And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life (Christ) also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil (Satan). Genesis 2:9

And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent (Satan) beguiled me, (wholly seduced ... took her virginity) and I did eat. Genesis 3:13

There is only one God, people interpret God in different names and forms. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe and is beyond life and death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future, and remember ignorance gives failures. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Improve by Gaining and Sharing utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Best, Right, Good, Truth, God against Worst, Wrong, Bad, Untruth, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Because the separation between humans and heavenly beings is that we were not originally created with the knowledge of good and evil allowing our ignorance of such to justify our selfish desires and/or survival instincts, so the tree was created to ensure that man could overcome his desire by his will to fulfill God's Word but Adam and Eve proved they were incapable of such.

Fortunately man is not condemned by sin, for the fate of sinners is death, but rather condemned by unrepentance.

It wasn't just the fruit. It was the idea behind it. At that moment in history everything was Adam's. He had the world and everything in it. But God reserved the right to make laws to tell them what to do in the future.
Such as he did with the Isrealistes.
But Satan wanting them to worship him thought he would get them to turn against God and God would give up on them.
So they choose to do what they wanted seperate from God.
In other words they didn't want him to tell them what to do.
They wanted to rule themselves.
We have had 6000 years of man's rule and it has never worked. We really do need God to rule the world.

To give Adam and Eve a choice.
They could either obey God and live under His blessings, or walk away from Him and be forced to take care of them selves.

to test them..the devil, satan, shytan tried to make them commit something that their Lord forbade them to do in hopes of driving them astray from gods path. However they realized their sins and repented right away, something the devil couldn't predict or interfere with... same reason were in this world, all the secular items are tests such as really expensive cars, ridiculously huge mansions and stuff like that...its okay to be wealthy but one must use it wisely and its better for him/her to give it in charity.

God created man and gave him a free will to choose. The "fruit" was merely to test his creation's obedience and trust. We were created in His image, undoubtedly His finest creation. All God wanted was for us to love Him and be obedient.

God didn't want to create us to be programmed to automaticly love Him. He desired us to love Him by choice, not by default.
