There is not such thing as Limbo, which was invented by the Roman Catholic system along with some other things*, because they wrongly teach that infants must be cleansed from "original sin, and that sprinkling (RC false baptism") them with water by proxy faith does so. And if a infant was not baptized (sprinkled) , then they could not let him go to Heaven so they put him in a mythical Limbo.
However, "as sin is not imputed when there is no law" (Rm. 5:13), and God does not send one to Hell for sins they are not culpable for (Ezek. 18), infants need not forgiveness, nor can they fulfil the Biblical requirements for baptism (Acts 2:38; 8:36, 37). But as they are born with a sinful nature, they will need salvation when they "know to refuse the evil, and choose the good" (Is. 7:15). And this salvation does not come by sprinkling or by proxy faith, but but whole hearted personal repentance directly to God and faith in the Lord Jesus and his sinless shed blood - not at all faith in ones merits or church, as Rome fosters - for salvation.
Ultimately, what you do with Jesus reveals what you really love and determines where you will spend eternity, If you love sin over Him, and never become born again, then you cannot go to be with God, but will go to a place just the opposite. Forever. These must go "into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels" (Mt. 25:41), and like him, "shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever" (Rev. 20:10), to varying degrees in accordance with their just sentence (Rev. 20:1-15).
(Rev 21:8) "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."
(Mark 9:48) "Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched."
(Acts 3:19) "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;"
Ps, that video is a must see (though H. Storm?). Here is one like it: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3682855866783766146
*(Neither is there purgatory, nor infallible Petrine papacy, or paedo-baptism or prayers to and for the dead, etc. but those things are a result of Rome taking upon the form of the Roman Empire in which it was found, replete with it's own Caesario-papacy, and thus she in-credibly makes "church tradition" of equal authority with "sacred tradition," the Bible).

There is no limbo-
Those who will be in hell are those who do not accept Jesus as Savior for there sins- by they way , we all deserve hell
Those in Heaven, have admitted that they are sinners, in need of a Savior- none of us deserve this, however in His grace and mercy He offers us this free gift of salvation.

Who will go to heaven? those who believe in Jesus (not just mentally agree with a creed about Him but believe with their heart, so it shows in the way they live - faith that results in a changed life)
Who will go to hell? people who don't believe in Jesus, in their heart...I wish no one had to go there - and so does Jesus because He gave up His own life so that anyone who believes in Him wouldn't have to perish (go there) but could go to heaven!
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16).
Who will stay in limbo? The Bible never once even mentions limbo, so I don't believe it exists...

Everyone is going to hell unless they have Jesus standing in their place at judgment. There is no limbo.
