Well this is certainly different. Yes they can actually but drugs will always be their first love.

Yes I think cocaine addicts can fall in love because I know and think one of my former classmates did drugs and is dating a girl.

They probably like the feeling and the idea of falling in love and settling... but its very very hard... cocaine will always be there and ahead of family, gfs, work...etc. basically everything.. my moms done cocaine for 25 years she does love us but it was hard for her to even spend time with us.. cocaine was always the priority as much as she wanted to be the best mom it failed... i dont blame her.. but take this advice cocaine is a heavy addiction... dont get involved with someone thats using just stay clear... you'll save yourself so many lonely nights! hope i helped

They can fall in love when they are sober enough to know what's going on in life and of coarse they could also fall in love with their crack and cocaine =)
