I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Not sure you need to lose any weight...at the most 5 lbs and just start some cardio exercise 3 times a week and some crunches and toning...yoga helps too. Strengthening pays off so like I said...yoga, pilates, weights...gives you muscles while still maintaining nice curves.

You are definatly not "super fat", but if you really want to lose weight, I would run about 2-5 miles (or as long as you can go for) for about 2 weeks, then increase the amount of miles every week. Also, I would drink water instead of soda or gatorade. And to make it easier, I would run with a friend or with a dog.

you surely aren't super fat, you shouldn't call yourself that.
honestly forget about the total bodyweight. for optimum health and fitness if you focus on reducing your body fat to below average levels you will never have to worry about having any problem areas. from the looks of those pics you only need to lose about 20+ lbs
you need to change your eating habits and make sure that you are getting some daily exercise. with some changes in your diet and regular exercise you should be ab-fab come next spring, easily...

I dont think you need to lose any weight, you just need to tone. I wish I had a figure like yours. By the way why do you think you are fat? Has someone told you this? you are a young girl with a beautiful voluptuous figure, enjoy it.
