What sorts of ID and papers will I need to get onto an airfield? My AF DEP meeting is tomorrow and it's at a bowling alley on Hunter AAF. Thanks in advanced.

Hunter? Damn I haven't been there in forever.

But john is right you need to plan for the possibility of 15 minutes to sign in, and just have your normal Ids and vehicle paperwork, its usually pretty smooth.

And do remember you are on Federal property, the MPs do have the authority there. .

Show up early with photo ID and Automobile stuff, (Registration, proof of insurance.) You may have to check in at the visitors center, it takes about 10-15 minutes, but if everyone shows up at the same time, it could take longer.
Watch the speed limits, The MPs have nothing better to do than run radar and write tickets. That's if the bowling alley is actually on post, it may be in an open area. Call the base and ask, someone should be on duty.
