Firstly, no-one on yahoo answers is going to be able to do a proper psychiatric analysis of you in just a few lines of text - if you feel that you have a real problem, professional help is your only course of action.

Failing that, it could just be a lot of issues in your life right now that you are constantly reminding yourself of in the back of your head all the time, causing mood swings.

Hi, Can i Just second what Adam L said to seek help from a mental health professional. In the meantime, being a professional I can give you some advice but it is rather generalistic. Are you confusing your emotions with moods? Is your current situation generating alot of happiness. Neurochemical imbalance is not necessarily always the answer mate, instead reactive depression (a response to situational crisis). Change your situation a little. I dont mean moving out or shaving your head, i'm talking about colours and rearranging some furniture etc. :)

maybe you need mood stabilizers...you should be seeing a counselor for sure. Talking about your issues and thought patterns is the start of a return to good mental health.

Chemical imbalances. Make an appt. to see the Dr. and go from there. You'll probably be given meds.

Go to the doctor. You probably need anti depressants.
